This research is a part of a PhD project on developing countries, their current legal and ADR (alternative dispute resolution ) systems such as arbitration, mediation, negotiation and reconciliation with objectives to investigate the current awareness in each developing country incorporating the cultural, traditional, political and religious structure in each community, their effectiveness in setting their daily life and commercial disputes outside the courts. It will further focus on barriers in access to justice and the role of NGO’s in awareness and development of ADR Systems. Incomplete entries will not be taken into account.

Entries from developing countries will be prioritised. If you are not from a developing country but have a knowledge relating to our topics of research, even then you can participate in this survey, just to help the researcher in collection of data.

If you are willing to participate ONLINE audio/video interview, it will be most welcomed. If entries increases more than 100, you can get £100.00 in a lucky draw.

The prize money offered is from our savings of travelling, boarding and lodging, country to country and is offered to our participants. The draw will be held on 30th October 2010 at 14.00 GMT and winners will be informed the same day by email. Duplicate and fake entries which will reflect bogus information will be deleted and not considered for draw. See other terms and conditions on our website.

We can withdraw the prizes if there are not sufficient interest shown by the focussed group or reduce the number of prizes or amount.

Simply fill out the contact information at the beginning of the survey and then follow the questions to answer. Filling the survey form will take about 20- 40 minutes. Those who know the ADR systems, they can fill it withing 20 minutes but those who have less knowledge, can take 30-40 minutes.
